Pinball Festival in 2003!
THis game was an re-import back into the US. You can tell by the coin door.
The idea was to try and make a simple updated version of Bally's Eight Ball Deluxe
Side art has cue sticks and pool balls
Head artwork has pool balls

In the wagon wheel are all the modes one must finish to reach Pool Ball Mania
Ramp enterance and the area that holds the cue ball
That is a real eight ball and you control it during the game.
